Phil try to upload these pictures to the thread also would be very helpful to see the armor on you , fit and finish is what we're really looking for . I saw that the return edges on the forearms need to be trimmed more ( there should be none ) and also do the drop boxes slide more to the edges . Get some pictures up of you in the armor on ! I'm sure you'll get a lot more feedback that way , Plus you will need them for submission pictures .

So is there a better way to keep the thighs from sagging? Right now they are touching my knees which makes it hard to walk. I have elastic with snaps attached to the inside of the abs.

Still lots to do. I have to get the shoulder bells closer, and hike up the thighs. The forearms still feel uncomfortable on me. I don't have much wrist mobility. <br>

I tried walking up and down stairs. I did it but it was a real struggle.....which can't be right.

Watch this scene and you can see some troopers with the notch. Oh, and the trooper with the calf piece not even connected lol. Once you build armor you can point out all the imperfections in the movie that you otherwise would never have noticed. Now a days everything is looked at with a microscope so "mistakes" like these don't happen as often. I personally think it's another reason that makes Star Wars so great.Ā

I know. It's killing me! Maybe there is a way to look at my photo bucket by accessing other postes. I have realized that I have lots to trim off of the thighs to have more mobility....but would love to have someone else take a look
