CasiusOntius[TK] Posted February 1, 2016 Report Share Posted February 1, 2016 Hey all. I thought, while I'm waiting for my AM2.0 kit to arrive, I'd start doing some research into building my blaster. I have access to a 3D printer, and I found a file that looks pretty promising. (I'm not a pro yet, but I'm almost certain it's an ANH build... if not feel free to chime in.) http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:957801 The printing is currently in progress. I'll update this WIP as I make progress myself. Here's my first pic. Thought about using PVC for the barrel, but am going to print the entire thing, see how it goes. AaronUnicorn Posted February 1, 2016 Report Share Posted February 1, 2016 My brother has a 3-D printer, and with Disney no longer selling the toy E-11s, I've been looking at a 3D print as a good substitute until I can afford a more expensive kit. crema[TK] Posted February 9, 2016 Report Share Posted February 9, 2016 I have an experience with 3d printed barrel and it broke into pieces when I first dropped it. So I decided to use disney one as base and use 3d printed parts. I am still on a process of printing them out but I am avoiding to print the parts that are prone to break.
