I ordered it on Monday and it arrived today; roughly 2-3 to receive. Replaced the old with the new, and works like a charm! With both fans on too! Still going to put more tape behind the microphone. It was a $7.25 fix! It's alittle disappointing that the battery only lasted me about 13 months.
