Black e6000?

Recommended Posts

I've went back to trim my coverstrips for the TK. I went over to walmart and picked up some e6000 not knowing that when I got home I opened it and the glue was black. Known as "negro black" is anyone familiar with that? I've heard its used on e11s but is it safe to glue coverstrips onto the armor?

You mean Negro/Black  = Spanish/English.

I would just use it on the blaster.  If you use it on the armor it might smudge and look bad.

See if you can return it for an even exchage on a clear one.

I've got black E6000 holding the faceplate on my Hengstler counter of my E-11 (the one with the working button) and it doesn't appear to show any signs or indications of being any weaker than the white/clear versions.

Just for what it's worth.

Having said that, I further concur that I wouldn't put it anywhere on the outside of my armor. Too much oozing, and it does dry a nice shiny black.
