I went over to walmart and picked up some e6000 not knowing that when I got home I opened it and the glue was black. Known as "negro black" is anyone familiar with that? I ended up using the black on parts that don't show which was the interior snaps for strapping. I wouldn't use it for cover strips because there is always some that oozes out. Dark PWF[Staff] Posted October 12, 2014 Report Share Posted October 12, 2014 I've got black E6000 holding the faceplate on my Hengstler counter of my E-11 (the one with the working button) and it doesn't appear to show any signs or indications of being any weaker than the white/clear versions. Just for what it's worth. Having said that, I further concur that I wouldn't put it anywhere on the outside of my armor. Too much oozing, and it does dry a nice shiny black.
