gmrhodes13[Staff] Posted December 4, 2013 Report Share Posted December 4, 2013 (edited) DSS TROOP REPORT 4-12-2013 TK85421 Reporting In EVENT: Bunnings Cockburn Xmas Troop LOCATION: Oconnor LANDSCAPE/WEATHER: Indoors TROOPERS: Q (Glen) - gmrhodes13 - TK85421 Liz - Liz - TB13310 Michael - Chivo - TK-4582 Dominic Price - Dom2d2 - DZ-27513 Stuart - Sndeath - TI-14240 WRANGLERS: Corrine REPORT: Running late once again we met up with troops in the Bunnings training room at 5.35 and quickly began changing and we needed to be down stairs at 6pm to meet up with Santa. Corrine did a wonderful job of helping us get ready, but we still ran over time it seems the more you rush the longer it takes. Down the stairs and meeting up with Santa and Kay we walked to the kiddies area wth the sound of star wars being played over the PA. We started with photo's with lots of kids and a few adults then it was on to a few games. Four of us were picked to be wrapped in toilet paper, this was so funny but hands stuffing paper in places does feel a little weird. Pin a charactor face on the troopers bum was another strange game but a lot of fun and it brought fits of laughter to some adults. More photos done and some more games, hoola hoops on the arms went well, we would have done better with Missy there she would have beatten anyone . We then had to suffer as Corrine decided to get an icecream and eat it in front of us, Dom was just as bad downing a hotdog while we still trooped. After a round of throw the ball in the cement mixer we decided we could no longer wait for an icecream, buckets off and time to eat. A big kiss from Kay as we left and we are to pencil in Bunnings again for May the 4th 2014 INJURIES: None CASUALTIES: One icecream, a girl tried throwing a ball while holding an icercream, it did not fair well ARMOR REPAIRS: I need to replace a mic cord, broke on the way back to the changeroom HAPPY PEOPLE: Everyone of course UNHAPPY PEOPLE: None I am aware off MISSION STATUS: 100% complete and a success.
