jeebus68
What did you end up doing to cover the seam on the front of the calves?
TrooperApprentice
To all the guys (or ladies) who have the rs prop masters armor! Do you all have the PVC armor? Would you all prefer the PVC to the ABS? What´s better?
jeebus68
To all the guys (or ladies) who have the rs prop masters armor! Do you all have the PVC armor? Would you all prefer the PVC to the ABS? What´s better? I recently ordered PVC since it was a bit more durable. From what I've read on the forums, most quality armorers sell pretty durable ABS. There is a member that has a build thread for both ABS and PVC RS. I couldn't find it but I found this link. http://www.therpf.com/f24/rs-prop-masters-anh-stomtrooper-build-2-a-132645/index3.html It has some comparison shots if you want to see differences. TrooperApprentice
Thanks Jesse, that was very helpful! There are some differences between them... Maybe the PVC is better, because of the flexibility! Another question: did I get this right? the helmet from rs prop is the stunt version? What if I would change the helmet? (hero version) Or is the whole armor just intended for the stunt version?

Kurtzmann
What did you end up doing to cover the seam on the front of the calves? I finally got the finishing strips in and finished my assembly.

Stormy320
That looks killer. I would love to see more pictures. How tall are you?
Front-a-Little[TK]
Nice, congrats ! Now that you've joined the ranks of those who wear totally useless armor and never ever hit anything with their blasters: You said you had to trim a good amount of material away on the forearms, right ? Did you also adjust the width of the biceps ? Or do you need them this large for your own biceps to fit in ? It's just the shoulder bell to biceps to forearm ratio that looks kinda off to me. Just a very nitpicking comment, I know
