Thanks trying my best.

 

Just taken my spare Hasbro to pieces, using the sound board, got some hi-bright led's, laser and found smaller speakers and a AAA battery box that will fit inside the pipe. Will just have to work out the triggering when my Doopy's grip gets here biggrin.gif

So opened the box, much excitement

Everything is there, but I am only using a few of the pieces I want to make most of the smaller parts

Need to fit a small spring to hold he trigger away, sorry pen but my needs are more than yours (the e-11 is mighter than the pen)

Wanted to make the handle removeable so I can acces the switch and wiring so I am using screws and slotted holes

Time to modify my hengslter. Found an old car speedo so stripping it for the counter

Now to trim the numbers so it's easier to fit

Made the cover, a push switch and added a spring for the switch

Cut a small piece of perspex and recessed it behind the cover, then glued, just needs a final cleanup and sand
