If you have have the time to spare, I'd recommend re-painting the vocoder though. I've re-done mine 3 times, so I know it's tricky.

 

The best way to do it is to sand down your existing paint, with a pencil draw outlines where you want it to be, and use a flat round-tipped brush (also known as a Filbert brush) for the paint, starting at the top of the vocoder, doing the strokes downwards.

That's really good advice. I did draw the pencil lines, but then I had a hard time staying in them because even though my brush was small it wasn't flat.

 

I will try to find that type of brush and give it another go.

Exactly the same issue I had the first time before I changed my brush.

great advice and way of handling the approval, and the submission looks great!

 

I like the way the vocoder didn't stop him, and that he's going to amend that!
