JoeR has a picture of the actual molds used, and also a picture of attaching bolts to the ears as opposed to gluing them on... they are here on the forum somewhere... I'll see if I can find some pics and post but most of them on on my computer at home. What plastic is it? I have spare pinseal ears and maybe a spare smooth. JoeR Posted May 29, 2012 Report Share Posted May 29, 2012 I'll find the pictures and post them up. They do get trimmed down to a few mm in places. There is a lot of reference on star wars helmets.
