did you get a PM about the photo?

 

the first photo had far too much noise and shadows to photosohp properly so it had to be re-done. the second photo set was in front of a white background so they took a bit longer to process.

 

for the best/fastest results you should follow the profile picture guidelines (pinned in the EIB area)
