Is there such a thing as a dirty TK?

Recommended Posts

The non-canon troopers are great, very original and always tend to get lots of photo ops. I think if you want to do that, then it's best to have 2 suits. Heck, it's an excuse to buy more armor :D

100% agree.

At the major cons like DragonCon and ComicCon, there are always lots of non-canon Star Wars costumes. I enjoy seeing the expression of creativity. Hit up Flickr and do a search on Dragoncon, you'll see what I'm talking about.

At the same time, those who are 501st also own at least 1 canon costume for the troops that call for exactly that, such as nearly every LFL-sponsored event.

or myself that have a standard chaffed and scratched set of TK armor and have made all the peripheral equipment in such a way that I can wear sll the neat non cannon thingies on and in a cannon troop i just can take it all off and leave my armor as a regular tk.

no need of two kits here. just ingenious and easy detachable parts.

Wow.. almost 9 years later.. haha.

Hey guys, Blacksheep here. While roaming around the net, came across this old thread. Gave me a nice chuckle. If you're still looking to dingy up for an effect, all I can say is: Embrace the imperfections. It's what gives your suit character.
