If you are planning on building your own gun and painting it instead of just buying one, you then can use the primer for the gun too. TK_LEPER Posted September 27, 2011 Report Share Posted September 27, 2011 Yeah, it give the paint something to bite into ... use a fine grit 400 or higher.
