Perhaps, but the EI standards don't require a specific wire thickness. ;)

 

The only thing that needs to be done to an out-of-the-box ANH-style hyperfirm to qualify it for Expert Infantry is adding the D-ring, which you've done.

Wow, really? So, technically It really wasn't really necessary to add the counter & power cylinders, correct?

That's what I thought, and the photo of an ANH E11 at sci-fire.com shows a counter (but no wires or cylinders). You may have picked up an ESB hyperfirm - I have the ESB version and can personally attest to this.
