If they are silicone, you can weather them - but you can't change the color. As John stated, nothing sticks to silicone except silicone. Neither did the screen used ones As every ody else said, nothing else sticks to silicone but silicone. Since the "non-latex" version consist mainly of silicone.... But if you REALLY have to match the color, use clear silicone chaulk, thin it with lighter fluid, mix white acrylic into it until satisfied, and paint it. TRy it on the back first.
