TK-2865
I wanted to make sure I understand the requirements for the comlink before I removed my comlink. Currently I have a comlink on my belt but no grappling hook and I do have a thermal detonator mounted. The requirement says: "The grappling hook and comlink are substituted as a set in place of the thermal detonator, not worn in addition to it." So if I am reading this correctly, you cannot have either a comlink or a grappling hook if you have a thermal detonator. Correct? Meaning, in my case, I need to remove the comlink. pandatrooper[TK]
I would think you either need to remove the comlink and put the TD back on. Or keep the comlink on, and add the grappling hook / box and leave the TD off.
TK bondservnt[501st]
it's the basic configuration seen on luke and han in EP IV. DLT19 and e-11 for han. and e-11 comlink and grapple for luke
Daetrin[Admin]
Vern is correct in the logic for the CRL recommendation & EIB requirements. However to be clear this is only if you are going for EIB. If you are not going for EIB it's just a recommendation. In either case, regardless how you troop is entirely up to you and the event coordinator. Happy trooping Brian * * And feel to post pix - I'm always curious to see how others hook this up.
