If you want the table cloth clasps, check Walmart's camping section. I think they were ~$2 for a pack of 6.

We've seen a lot of helmets 'round these parts

I used plastic weld on my TK and some E6000 on my Hasbro conversion. For my next suit, I'll be using E6000 mostly because it dries clear and is less messy than the plastic weld.

Welcome both of you

Buy a t-ball helmet at Walmart and rip the padding out of it. Then you can cut it to size and velcro it into your helmet. The stores around me have them for $7.

Battle damage?

My hand plates are snapped to my gloves. I just leave them on though because I think taking them on and off frequently would make them pull through the fabric eventually.

Cool stuff, the faceplate positioning and tilt makes a big difference in how the helmets look.

Welcome
Looks like you're on the right track.

I think the matte colors look great on that soon-to-be TD bucket.

Welcome to the FISD. Just ask questions if you have them

Pretty good

I think all troopers have that problem. If you're lucky you can look down through the frown but it's an art to look down and see the kids under you

I was going to ask if it came with strips rounded like that, looks great

Those tablecloths clasps work well. Don't try to bend them too many times into shape though, they don't hold up to repeated bendings
-
Looks great! That's how I have my brow done too
