  2. Curtis, tHat my friend is amazing stuff you have done there, you should make a video of how to put the armor on in the quickest most efficient way. Its one thing thats never been posted up before....unless dave has done that yet?. cheers for posting the updates mate
  3. Hi guys, ive been still working on this project. I know some might of thought i would give up but to you!. To people new to the forum ill give you a light background. I started this project out of nesesity for a few reasons. 1 I just cannot afford to buy a full set of armour 2 Im rather on the larger size. 6 foot six/seven so off i went and got some info and materials. After about 2 months of shapping and sanding it was time to vac form. Dissaster struck and the mold was ruined. With the encouragement of some good people here(you know who you are) I cracked on to rebuild the mold. I will make a cast of this mold using a method told to me by TM. anyways here are a couple latest pics of the said mold. PLEASE BE GENTILE AS IVE HAD MY EGO CRUSHED ONCE on this project before with the dissaster. Ignor the blemishes on the surface colours as they are just different fillers.
  4. and you forgot he swept up the dust in his workshop!
  5. Well done for putting the armour together. It looks first class. I would seriously love to own a set of Trooper Masters armour, the guy is a legend as well as being very nice as well. Thanks for posting up what can only be described as pure magic. cheers
  6. Hi, I dont normally do this kind of thing, but you guys do such an amazing thing here and all the contributers i just felt i needed to offer a bit more. cheers
  7. nice kit you've got there. Ive found the best way is not to trim as such. The best Way is score and snap. Use loads of ref. pics as well. Also dont trim off more then regret it later. And the last bit, take your time and ENJOY it rather than getting too stressed. Hope this helps
  8. that would be good to know, thats my next part of the project......good question tk-4510

  14. HI guys, CE. It was planned that me my two sons and brother were going. I was planning also meeting a few guys from fisd. one of the main people i was looking forward to meet was paul aka Tm. Numbers were exchanged but paul couldnt make it because of his son. This was a shame because Tm had spent ages making a cool mini trooper outfit for his son. On the day before my son became ill and it was touch and go as to whether we were going to make it. Anadin extra works wonders so we got up at 6.30 am to make a packed lunch. Finally we arrived at CE after about an hour and a half travel time. I must say the exel center is class all the way. Loads of different things happening all the time but there was very little info on times an events and locations. We did catch a seminar introduce by warwick davies. It was very interesting but the sound was a tad quiet and it was sometimes difficult to hear what was being said. After a while we decided to get a breather and go for a pint outside. On the way back in we bumped into rick mccallum! I managed to get him to sign my programme. Very nice guy as well. I did try to get a pic with steve sansweet ,but his "people" were a bit frosty!. Overall it was a brilliant day with plenty of pictures taken. ------------- If anyone wants to see some pictures click on my banner below to take you to my myspace. cheers all
  15. Thank you guys for all the work you put into this behind the scenes, its very much appreciated. cheers

  20. Paul. That is one of the coolest things ive seen for ages. Your son must think like the rest of us that he has a very clever dad. Its such a shame you cant make it. I will as promised take loads of pics . I'm also looking forward to speaking to brian muir. Ive also seen that mark hamill is charging 85 squid for an autograph!! cheers for posting the pic...look forward to see some more.
  21. yeeeeeeeehaaaaaa!! my tickets/passes have arrived today. i am now soo excited about going on saturday. hopefully i might bump into a few of you buggers there. i will just a normal jo public that day.
  22. Hi Dwb, those boys make you jump through hoops! Anyway i suppose they have to set standards, but it just seems a bit dissheartening when soo much work has been put into a project and then turned down. But on the bright side i really love the new bucket, imho the stunts look more menacing and classy. Cheers for posting you lucky man
  23. i can see where paul is coming from . The bucket has got a hero look to it. I think is also because the brow/band is lower than normal which also seems a feature on hero's. Nice to see the "steadycam" pictures. Good work trooper. cheers for the update
