Paid $75 to fill my car today - and that didn't even fill the tank. Credit card machine cut me off at $75. First time this has ever happened to me.
  2. You can order those shields online or just go to a hardware store.
  3. Education is our best and (my opinion) only weapon. FISD continues to grow exponentially, its amazing this is only coming up now. We need to teach all these new costuming folks what to look for: quality, craftmanship, longevity of material, strength and above all accuracy.

Have a blast! Hey, is it to late to send a flag?
  5. Keep in mind willing to buy threads are prohibited so don't go out on a limb asking for someone to contact you. Search the site, lots of content here and you will find what you are looking for.
  6. Makes for a nice display unit on a bookshelf. I trooped it once and yes its like 25 - 30lbs.
  7. This being our third year most folks have modified their armor so the kisses are cut down. However, I do troop this with my FX bucket just in case (so I don't kill my RT lid).
  8. Dan, thanks for posting this up. Yeah it was a great event. I'm looking for a picture picture to update up avatar (picture is from Bay to Breakers 07)
  9. Incredible work. Talking about raising the bar for E-11's!!!!!
  10. I have a RT bucket (not in the avatar or sig) and I love it Which reminds me, I need to update the sig file.
  11. Nice, buts what's all the blue stuff on white armor
  12. As I shriek aloud and run into the corner whimpering
  13. That is awesome congrats Paul to you and your Garrison
  14. T, Send me an email to remind me tk4878@gmail.com
  15. Nice additions Greg, well done!
  16. Take the standard instructions and start a fire in your chimney. You will find much better and more detail on our site.
  17. I feel like it depends on the bucket. With the fx you have the option to make either work. I tried putting a liner in an ap and it was not a good idea. Fit was bad and it just didn't work. I had padding in my rt and its working very well. Plus with padding you have the flexibility to move it around. I see better out of my rt than my fx because of this flexibility. I wouldn't be able to make this happen with a liner in my rt.
  18. Looks great, I'm interested to learn more about your chest wiring set up.

Hmmm 1500 sounds like a great title for a movie....
  20. I have an RT lid and I love it. He responses where a bit delayed but his communication is top notch and is his work.
