1. Hi all, wanted to ask if there is some kind of tutorial on how to replace the default foam with a better system for inside of the helmet. been looking on this forum but cannot find any. Been using pads but did not work out when i place them all over on the inside. Greetings from TK-59000

4. Hi gmrhodes13 , Thanks for all the advice. I did put on the armor again but did not had someone around for taking pictures. Will do that next week. But took your advice with me. - The drop boxes are now straight, the reason was because the belt was not straight. Now it is. - i have lifted the thighs a little bit so it wouldn’t touch the sniper plate. But i think i will also add some foam to it. Maybe some “tactical foam”, i can also use this for the inside of the helmet. - i also resolved the shoulder bell issue, by using some white tape. Saw that as an advice on one of RS there video’s. Now there closer to the shoulder strap of the armor. Also the spacing issue is resolved this way because the alignment is the same on both arms. Thanks a lot again for the tips!! 6. Got some response back from rob (RS) its been a while since my last response. I have made some pictures again and some changes to the bicep, it fits better now. Thing i am taking in consideration for the next photos are: - putting the thermal detonator straight. - closing the thighs, maybe use velcro for better closing. Cannot find anything in the CRL that i cannot do this. - closing the right shoulder bell, so its more to the armor. Got big shoulders, so hopefully this will work. What do you guys think? 8. Hi rob, i already contacted RS Today by mail. But i thought that if maybe i shorten te strap the backside it connected better because of the thigh pieces being way too high up my but with almost no space. I will put the put back on tomorrow with the help of my wife and take some pictures. Verzonden vanaf mijn iPhone met Tapatalk
9. I have been to the shop but cannot find the correct snaps for the crotch. I think these are Newey snaps, but they are hard to find. Any tips on were to get these are welcome. I think these snaps are between 12 and 13mm. See picture. Verzonden vanaf mijn iPhone met Tapatalk

12. So, after some repair jobs with the great help of Darthmarses and everybody else here i am still in doubt about the backside, i got a feeling that i need to lift the leg belt way to high up my stomach to get a good view and that the crotch is too low. See pictures. Ps. My wife wasn’t home and and had trouble getting my other arm armor on. [emoji28] Verzonden vanaf mijn iPhone met Tapatalk
13. Ok, so i used some alcohol and bought a dremel tool to carefully remove the old glue and it worked! [emoji16][emoji1303] ive applied some E6000 and will not let it rest for 48 hours. Also recieved and applied some screen mesh “raam hor” for the mouth piece from marcel (Darthmarcess) big thumbs up for everybody and especially marcel for helping me along the way of making this prop legion ready! See pics for result. Verzonden vanaf mijn iPhone met Tapatalk
