I have already ordered some parts
as I have trimmed the return Edge on the bells to nearly nothing.
The helmet I will re adjust and upload a picture.
The TD clips are from Ross so I will mention the screw placement to him I can’t remember if I drilled them or not.
I have big boy bells and thighs on their way and some shoulder straps as mine broke.
Will readjust the hooks and the strapping and the belt and update the pictures
blaster easy paint job but I do want to get a fieldmarshal

I am a little bit confused with the kidney part if i should have a notch cut or not..

Kidney Armor
A separate kidney plate is present, split from the posterior armor.OPTIONAL Level two certification (if applicable):
OPTIONAL Level three certification (if applicable):
Abdominal and Kidney Plate align horizontally at top
Cut-out notches at the bottom of right and left sides of the Kidney Armor are optional.
If present, each notch is approximately 22 mm tall and the back of the notch ideally is aligned with the front edges of the Posterior Armor plate..
Three rivets, approximately 5/16"(8mm) diameter, are present on the left side of the kidney plate.
Note: The original rivets used for the TK armor were bifurcated rivets or split rivets.
Rivets are equally spaced along the depth of the armor and about 10mm from the edge.
The heads are rounded or domed. Note: Paperclip brads are not considered to have a domed head.
Rivets are painted white.does this mean i do not need to do ?

Sir I am TK52394 Sir!
Took me too long to do my armor since I travel a lot. at first it was hard and slow, now its easy I keep adjusting my Armour where needed. I am still not happy with some parts so will be working on them a bit more, next up EIB...

many thanks on the input.
I have carefully taken the forearms apart and take a little of to make them a little less narrow, I still have the option to add a little bit back if required.
will post up some pictures later tonight
I have also redone my biceps and now the bells are more closer to the chest plate.
Redoing the elastic on the on the shoulders as I used cheap elastic and its a bit too stretchy. For the bells I am going to redo with double elastic to have some give but strong enough to to pull them in.
@gmrhodes13 I really like your strapping from the kidney to ad is there a DIY guide for this anywhere?

redid my biceps reduced a bit and tidied up.
Re did bells with better elastic...
forearms...
going to redo the forearms going to add more taper and reduce a bit.
How much can I take off the ends as i have limited movement with the forearms IE its hard for mt to put my bucket on.

I am thinking I can reduce the biceps by 1.5-2cm and that should pull them in more what do you think?
I am also not happy with the forearms i have limited movement with them, i thinking to reduce the width first and then maybe reduce the length.

need to paint my screws white..
Thinking the forarms can be a bit smaller...
not happy with the bells..
going to reinforce where the split rivets are...
bell needs trimming a bit...
notch missing on kidney plate..
need to make sure elastics are all done up

forearms can be reduced more I think
need to learn how to take photos straight
right forearm needs to be adjusted..
thighs need to have hot bath to make narrower..

I always get grilled by customs when I arrive AUS they cant work out why a English guy living in Japan and working for a Aussie Airline!
Will be coming to MEL soon get so awesome craft beer, food and coffee.. Australia really is an awesome country.

walking in boots?
When I was in the Military it was here are your boots and here is 30kgs and get going 20 miles of severe terrain carrying 35lbs plus food and water and you have to do it in 4 and half hours
my imperial boots feel like slippers..
boot stretchers works well
Friends used to say to me wear think socks force your feet in the boots use a hairdryer to heat the leather and then allow to cool repeat until happy
for me good boot stretchers work well sometimes rubbing alcohol and water sprayed as well but I do not want to try that on my white boots..

I think you have the same issue as me the thighs looks like your right thigh is lower...
I think you have room on the inside off your thighs and if you pull your thighs up the backs will hit your bum.
I have taken mine apart and redoing them again with a hot bath to make sure the insides dont rub to much against each other and sanded down the backs to the same contour so they dont hit my bum. rotating your right thigh a bit will also let the drop box fall naturally and close the black gap more.
I think the grey ab buttons are a little big, blues ones look good.
