If you buy the right fans, and watch your mic placement then no. And if they do make something up about having a systems malfunction. How's the noise of the fans? Do people ever notice that you have them?

As soon as budget allows. If you dont have to wait then dont. Also, I'm seeing a lot of talk about fans and speakers being important. I intend to buy them, but how long should I wait before doing so?

Start from the ground up. Everyone sees you from the waste up, not many people look at your feet. So use the learning curve from the ground up. So that by the time your at your arms, you have the hang of trimming and such. Also, with your shins, don't fit without your boots on. Always measure with boots. And dont wear regular clothing under, wear your body suit.

Yep I had to cut a half moon in my elastic. It's the only wayCheers!
He we go...
Front...
Back - as you can see, the elastic is as far to the right as possible since the rivet that holds the canvas belt and ABS 'ammo pack' section together is stopping the elastic from going any further.
All I can think is perhaps snipping a little section out of the right side of the front of the elastic loop to allow the rivet to sit further into the elastic.

So then the chest and back need to be changed? It’s no longer made - here you go:salute:
Type: Older/Original AM (1.0) NE
Country: USA
Contact: troopergear@gmail.com
Kit: .090 gauge ABS - trimmed - Fan sculpt
Availability: N/A
Assembly: Butt joining required for the legs. Arms can be overlapped but trimming those overlaps off and butt joining is recommended. Comes trimmed out of the box, but you will still be required to trim for proper fit to your body size.
Comments: An updated version of the older AM kits with a more accurate helmet and some other accessories. Best suited for the larger troopers who can have problems fitting into screen-sized kits. Comes in full or "lite" kits.Lite kits come without helmet, ABS cement or polish.
And, welcome to FISD Paul:salute:

First off welcome!
I have never heard of an NE kit. Have you started a build thread yet? Would love to see pics of the kit.
