I have made a com box that allows me to use the one micro phone and switch it between using the voice changing app on my phone to using a two way radio. How it works is I have two mini relay switches, when I press the red button that activates the relays at the same time. One relay switches the mic from phone to radio while the other one activities the PTT on the radio so I can talk to my handler. The red button (PTT switch) is on my index finger inside the glove so it can't be seen. Where it plugs into the radio I plan to make a cable so I can have the mic and ear piece in one.

Made one from a plastic chain
Cut off a link.
Cut a piece off the link to fit on the block on the end of the blaster. Paint it black and glue in place

Had to add shimes to the kidney plate and to fill the gap I used no more gaps as my suit is made of PVC and not ABS so couldn't make the ABS paste. I've filled the left side haven't done the right side yet.

I would do what Joe has recommended. Remember it is all about how it fits you. The shoulder bell seems fine, but we would know more if we saw you wearing this, and make any changes (if any) needed.

I believe I'm the only one in my town that is doing this. Small town called GisborneIf you mean the bottoms, I wouldn't, Nathan. There is supposed to be as much of a return edge on the bottom as possible. Is it binding or too tight on the bicep? You may need to widen the bell a bit if so. This can be (VERY carefully) done with either a heat gun or a boiling water bath. If you haven't done so already, I would recommend getting in touch with the New Zealand Garrison http://nz501st.com/forum/PortalStandalone.php to see if there are any members locally who are familiar with these methods and help you out in person.
