    Thanks. Hope to get started on some stuff here soon. Might work on the helmet first just to get that out of the way =] Think I got some ideas of how to do it. One I thought of getting ABS, then bondo, then just forming the bondo into the needed shapes. Is that how its done anyway? If so then it'll be easy

    I know this is old but how can I shape everything on the helmet? For the eyes and such. Not really sure how this is done but I want this to be my next project for awhile. I do plan on joining so. Think I might start the helmet first just to get that out of the way. Thanks for the info =] Like what materials locally can be bought to get the helmet made?

    Would either of them mind donating some stuff? I honestly am tight on money but have always wanted to be a true Trooper =] Helmet and blaster will probably come later but I know a good source. That one place where you can buy custom or replacement parts and such, they have different colored lenses you can buy too and voice changers for the helmets. I'm only 5'11" though so I'll get that shorty comment all the time but it'll be cool. Its what I have the blaster for XD

    Hi. So I decided to join up. Seeing all the cool charity stuff going on has really made me want to join. Hoping to have my Storm Trooper suit done by October the latest. I'm going for a nice classic build. Love the classics <3 I was wondering what type of plastic for the armor would be the best, strongest, and easiest to work with? Can pre-made helmets be bought? What's the best type of heather shoes to use? How can the belts be made? I know some stuff but not a lot. My mom even mentioned someone might donate a suit but then I would have to send in all my measurements. Is that an option too if I ask someone really nicely? Thanks and let me know. Would be cool to join something cool =]
