Looks great. What color did you use for the inner bolt? Very realistic.
I had a paint match at my art supply store .... he was really good at eye balling it.... tried to color match at paint stores,,, home depot ,, SW,, lowes the machine just couldnt do it right... I need to put it in a small jar to sell some some... it does really work well...

Hi fieldmarshall
So can you give us reference pictures on your site ( meaning the RPF ) or on here to determine what power cylinders were used on what blaster and why you offer so many variables ...
I'm having a hard time tracking down information thru the RPF ...
If you posted more information on replicas it would make it a lot more easier for us to determine what piece to buy for the build and help with the guess work for new prop enthusiast for future builds ...
As always your topnotch in my book when it comes to true replica production
Thanks,
Darrell

Thanks
Some news about the Hengstler replica building.
I thought the button wasn’t working with this kit when I saw that there was a spring behind it. After some trimming to remove the paint the button works perfectly.
I also have to enlarge one of the sensor pin because it was to small.
I decided not to add the wires inside the counter because we don’t see them.
The holes to fix the rear part were missing. I used adhesive paper to dig exactly at the good place. I dig several diameters successively.
I wasn’t satisfied with the numbers.
I tried to repaint them but I wasn’t satisfied … I’ve disassemble a real Hengstler counter 260-634 (still have 3 if interested) and I’ve adapted the numbers to the replica (Hengstenstein counter !). The result is fantastic !
I havn't any TK number so I chose "1977"
I made a big mistake when I tried to glue the clear lens with cynolite. The vapor have destroyed the lens. I’ve ordered another one to Chris. Looking for an idea to fix it.
WOW GREAT WORK

I've made some photos for you. I think I won't try to trim the flash guard and the ejector port guard
I’ve assembled the rear sight and the end cap clip (haven't understand what is it for until now ).
Screws go beyond in the receiver. I’ll trim them (grew arrows). But I can’t trim the screws which maintains the connection between the folding stock and the receiver (red arrows). I can unscrew them, insert the bolt and screw again. But the bolt can’t move in the receiver.
It seems that the solution is to solder the folding stock connection. Any other tip ?
those screws work really well stopping people from slamming the bolt back..... if you decide to blaze that part on be careful i did that on my early ones.. it can warp the tube and make it hard to get the bolt in ...... It a blaster not a sterling doing a full weenie and releasing the bolt forward will destroy the barrel and front sight ... just thought id share
that.....
