  1. Last year our Garrison got about a weeks notice from Disney/LFL, Which was an improvement on the 4 days for TFA. I’m expecting we’ll get about a week if they do anything this year.
  2. The RS ones are just Imperial Boots : Edit: this was a quote but apparently I messed it up.
  3. It came out today in the Facebook group that they only have 1 staff member working part time to deal with the refunds, and there’s a backlog. How true this I don’t know but sounds plausible.
  4. The affiliation is updated before the elections each year.
  5. If you're wanting a Rogue One kit there's only 1 seller right now. If you're going to convert it's a lot of work to do and I don't think this would be a very good start point.
  6. Here's 2 links for high res versions (may just be scaled up) I found via google image search. ---------- http://www.skullgarrison.com/foro/index.php?attachments/tk-highrez-jpg.307/
  7. Do you have a low res version? If so you can use that to do a similar image search on google. Go to google, select images in the top right. Click the camera in the search box and then either upload or use a link to the image you have and it should find anything visually similar. I've used it to great effect to find the original versions of a number of images.
  8. "US Distributor of TK UK Armor" There's been a lot of controversy over TK UK armour, a search will find it. Personally I'd want something more accurate.
  9. At about this point I realised the same thing. Then did it in a few days lol
  10. I just looked at screen captures and screen used helmets and copied one. I ended up with 12 on the traps and 7 the tears.
  11. Gareth check out this post: There's a chrome version too. Once you get them loading try go to the photobucket site and download them in as high quality as you can. I've been archiving off as much as I can recently.
  12. You need at least 5 posts to post in the for sale section, looks like you currently have 2. Start an introduction thread say hello and soon enough you’ll be able to post in there.
  13. If you look there's a photo of mine in the reviews
  14. I have this one, it's been fantastic. Fleece lined, shoulder strap and a pocket on the out side for stuff (mine has the fan battery and my troop diary in it) http://amzn.to/2xpkkDz
  15. Mine doesn’t move, but as said glue the bolts to either the body or the stock but not both and it will still move.
  16. I made the hole large enough to be snug on the square and thread. For a long time they were held in with friction! Though after a few times apart this was no longer good enough so I added a drop of CA glue.
  17. DA is also known as BFA so that may help. For what it’s worth whilst DA isn’t the most popular it on the market (it’s quite popular with a lot of non 501st groups) it’s certainly more than good enough for all the way to Centurion. As for a build guide it’s the same as all modern kits, no special gotchas I’m aware of but I’ve not built one personally.
  18. You can with some creative leg positioning and some stretching.
  19. Aluminium doesn’t like to bend tight angles. I cheated by cutting a groove in the “elbow” of the bend with a hack saw. The wider the grove the sharper the angle you can do. If I recall a grove half way through about 1.5-2mm wide will be enough for a 90° bend, but have a look on my WIP as I am sure I documented it there.
  20. I need to do that still. My shins twist a lot.
  21. Fit is looking really good. Only thing I'd say is you may need to look into foam padding to stop the sniper catching on the thigh. A block in the front of the shin, thigh behind the knee, or both should stop that. I did both on both sides for balance. Only another evening or so and you should be done!
  22. If you need time to adjust and line up for final fitting then 5 minute epoxy also works great. Think I used loktites one but any branded one will be fine.
  23. I was told satin (#85) for the vocoder and line details on the helmet. This is what I have on my paint guide diagram. Though I am sure troopermaster will know for sure what the originals used for the black parts.
  24. Rob pretty much covered it but the tl;dr is as lights and sounds weren't seen on screen they will not be allowed on a troop. They can be fitted but must be switched off when on a UKG troop. Clear/see through scopes are fine though. I'm trying to get the policy in the public sections as I wasn't aware it was the policy until last night so I am sure theres a lot who don't know.
