  1. You got this Teresa! Looking good girl!
  2. That's weird. I float a few pairs, ok 3 and I've got over 30 troops on my Nike Pro including a few parades and nothing wrong at all. Even UnderArmor holds up nice. If you have a return edge on the thighs it is definitely rubbing or even snagging to make a hole like that. How about a picture of your thighs. Inside and out. You definitely want to fix this. Even cheap compression wear would end up costing you big dollars.
  3. Easy Sarge, I don't think he made it into the pack line yet! Glad to have you with us Pete! And remember, Duck when you leave the ship.Them bulkheads sneak up on ya!☺
  4. I agree with Joseph. I check mine after every troop before putting away. I have to aay my RT is a tank. After 100+ troops I've only had one shoulder bridge crack which was fixed with braces. If your armor is sized and constructed properly it should last 100's of troops. Glad to hear so many are happy with their Anovos. A few Garrison mate's have it and it seems like the thinness helps to let it flex and come back.
  5. Way to go Pete! Now go get dirty and get that EIB Badge! Congratulations!
  6. Congratulations Sarah! Those are some easy fixes. For my pack I dry brushed with a dab motion aluminum paint on the obvious edges that would get banged and scratched. Mainly edges of boxes and radio and don't forget edges of pan. I even lightly did trace scratches around radio knobs simulating many years of turning. Again Congratulations and looking foward to you joining the Centurion Ranks.
  7. Welcome to the FISD John! Glad to hear BBB Day is close. Just take your time and ask any questions if you're not sure on something. We're here to help you along the way. Will you be joining the "March to 1000" EIB's with us? Every Trooper counts! Looking foward to your build. Just take your time. it's not a race, it's an adventure! You doing your best makes Us look our best! Good Luck John!
  8. Congratulations Jim! Welcome to the ranks! Making that RT look good!
  9. Glad to hear you're back at it Ron. We're here for you Brother!
  10. Yes it's the same rules for both. It's not that bad since one thigh gets ammo pack and back can be crescent cut. Leaving one. Which you could undo innerstrip and close more or live with it. You are wearing a black undersuit anyway. It would be hard to notice.
  11. Congratulations Justin! Welcome to the ranks!
  12. That's probably cause he's working. He's gone from things at times. I have RT and it's worth the wait. Give it a bit and send another email. Good Luck!
  13. I agree with Allen. I have Imperial Boots and they are high on the ankle and close up snug around them.
  14. My Bad! I instantly thought front. The scoop is totally screen accurate.
  15. You could and hope the GML doesn't pick up on it, but that wouldn't be accurate and would hamper you going EIB and Centurion. How bad can it look? Posting a picture could show us.
  16. Looking good Sarah! Funny how fan's are everywhere. Best of Luck!
  17. That looks awesome Christina!
  18. I'm right with you. Except the hairspray. I feel that that will eventually build up in crevices like on helmet and coverstrips. Mine rubs off a little, Mainly from Hug's from fans. So they get to go home with a little blaster residue as a reward. Best of Luck on your march to Centurion Sarah. And one day I'll get down to Conn. To troop with you!
  19. I think what he means is not every make of armor have the durable return edge to support the brackets without damage.
  20. Black magic marker
  21. I use one's like Joseph suggested. But those are half the price I paid! Uh oh, buyers remorse is setting in.
  22. Looking good Robert! I'll be Trooping next to you before you know it!
  23. Welcome to the FISD Andrew! Be sure to check out the Advanced Tactics section to see how you can make your WTF more movie accurate. The best advice is take your time. You doing your best makes Us look our best. Good Luck Future Trooper!
