When he say's lower edge he means of bell. Make sure strap is snug. From the pictures the bottom of bell should be right around bicep. Like TK's in photo. But yes your tops could come in more at bridges. Elastic is no good for that spot. Nylon wont give and will hold in place better. Sent from my LGMS631 using Tapatalk
Congratulations on BBB arrival!
I love the smell of ABS in the morning!
Good Luck with your build!
No question is a dumb question. Ever!
Looking foward to your build thread!
Oh, one more thing. We love pictures!
Hard to tell without back photo. You're aiming for a nice even bell on both sides. When I did mine we took a half dozen of each side they're looking for and I would review each before moving on. I hear your pain. Your missing the troop you was aiming for but you'll have plenty of fun when you get that ID. Sent from my LGMS631 using Tapatalk
Relax Frank. From your picture your right shoulder looks mint. Your left looks huge I'm guessing cause it's pushed forward. Is this the picture you sent? It's a fitment thing with taking submission photo's and having the ones taking pictures knowing to straighten it for you. You're almost there. You got this!
Take a soldering iron and burn hole in center of nylon and install snap. Then glue nylon plate to armor. No need for clamps. Tack of glue holds in place. The advantage with this way is it conforms to armor shape. And face it most spots you install snap plates are not flat. So better bond. I have more then 100 troops and not one issue with this approach. Good Luck Future Trooper! Sent from my LGMS631 using Tapatalk
Don't worry about it too much. This is a volunteer group and sometimes real life takes presidence. Plus they may have a few to review ahead of you.
Or maybe they're so blown away how good you look they're soaking it in for a few extra days?
You got this!
Good looking build!
The only thing I saw in a few photos is your belt is droopy in a few of them. Easy fix by keeping belt tight. Not a deal breaker. Just for looks.
Good Luck Future Trooper!
I've seen the bumps of RS. But that does look like a white head in the wrong spot. That bottom does look beat up. Like it got pushed in a little. I'd contact them and show these and more photos.
