  2. Thanks!! That's what I was thinking. If it makes the armor look more screen accurate what could it hurt? I've also noticed that over time the plastic wears out from the brackets. I am not sure I will do it. Maybe on my next kit. I am just surprised that I haven't seen anyone do it yet Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

  7. I received my 501st legion approval today and I am officially TK92912! below are my approval pictures

Thank You! as far as the shims I slowly heated the shims up and rolled it up from the edge.. keeping one edge on the work bench and using a rulers on the other edge to keep it straight and rolled up.. I tried to have the shim piece pretty soft from heat so I really wouldn't have to force the bend. it doesn't need much of a bend at all. I hope the quick drawing below will help make some sense of how I made the bend

  17. I like how the end of the frown is slightly turned upward.. its subtle but makes a huge difference in the look of the frown
