  1. I replied to your email...

You're getting there. First thing I notice is that your chest should overlap your abs. There should not be any visible gap there. You can also tuck your biceps under your shoulder bells slightly which will give you a bit more mobility in your arms. Is all of your strapping in place?

As for your legs you could trim certain areas for comfort but keep in mind that you're not going to be easily bending down and picking up anything while wearing armor. Your left calve could be fixed by adding a larger cover strip to the back which would close the gap. However, the best way would be to either order a new calve or fuse a new piece of abs to make the calve larger. The latter is a little bit more complicated.

  2. Any Flexible areas or pin holes that need to be covered or built up. 1/8" maximum thickness is highly suggested due to possible cracking. In high humidity or colder climates allow for longer cure times.

The polyflex is a two part mix. PPG or 3M requires no mixing so is recommended over the polyflex.

    Hope this helps

Ahhh got it. Thanks Tony. So PPG over regular bondo because of better flexability and less likely to crack?

  3. I also received my 3D finished F-11 and love it!  As I'm working on the DDay resin kit I now have this to troop with.  Today at the local FCBD troop I finally got to go fully equipped hahaha!

I'm already working on the resin kit, and also have a baton.  Once I finish them I'll copy over my progress shots :)

Which baton did you go with? Looking for one myself. Great job on your builds.

  4. Nice work! I unfortunately mis-read that last ebay one posted and ended up getting the 15k 2 port version which I guess I'll just use as a regular everyday charger. BUT... I randomly picked up the correct one on amazon for the original price just yesterday. So now I have to really concentrate and follow Tony's walk-through and try not to burn anything out.

I was able to purchase a new device on ebay for 88.00. It arrived without a power cord. Obviously not new.

Get this...They guy refunded my money and said I didn't have to return the anker? What? Really? Wow!

So I have a free 1lb paper weight without a power cord. Any pics would help me hunt one down. Thanks in advance Tony.
