A couple more details which appear to be a little off (it's all about the details)
Ridge around the small inner recessed rectangle appears it should have a raised ridge. Also the rectangle on the left of the wearer could be a little lower (may be ok for basic).
One other think to note is 3D print and join lines, appears there is one across the abdomen.

Looking good, a couple of suggestions.
Shoulder bells could come inwards more.
Also the chest plate looks a tad small, note how much room there is around the neck and angle of the shoulder straps, Enoch chest is a lot wider (especially the neck) compared to regular TK's.

Unfortunately this can be the issue with 3D print files, trying to replicate what is seen on screen as well as what is required by the CRL as well as comfort longevity, a lot of new era costumes are the same, FOTK also has it's issues but a lot of this new era armor was injection molded and has some give and flex so pieces can be so large.
Have a look at Jason's thread, not the same files but give you an idea of some areas

They came up well, nice job. You may however need to extend them just a little, the inner corners, as the ridge comes to the ends of the cut out area BUT in saying that your GML may not even notice them. Just trimming the added ridges straight could be enough.
With finer sandpaper (wet and dry) I use water with a drop of dish washing liquid, helps the sandpaper to glide and doesn't clog as quickly

You could contact any of the vetted armor makers, they may supply separate, Trooperbay also sells them.
NOTE some armor can be a different shade to another maker so I would suggest getting one from the maker of your particular armor

@ 20 sets used on screen (I did heard 17 sets mentioned), many others where digitally added, in those you can see there are several copies of a particular trooper with a certain combination of colors, wraps, gold etc BUT there are also variations of those.
This is one of the few TK costumes where individuality will come in to play unlike other TK CRL's where we are trying to emulate a "generalized appearance"

Unfortunately in can just be how the armor pieces have been made, many are near on impossible to get symmetrical, I've used heat before to twist the front section so it sits straighter but that's my OCD kicking in.
At the end of the day most may not notice it, ultimately it's your GML who has to approve it.

With heavy hearts we mourn our member Stefan Ofner (ID-23008), who died suddenly and unexpectedly.
Stefan has been a member of the Austrian Garrison since November 2016. Not only that he represented the Detachment officer excellently with several uniforms. From 2018-2020 he was GMB and from 2019-2020 GPR.
He will remain in our memory. Always open, friendly and ready to do the good thing. He also had an open ear when needed. He was able to inspire many with his drive. Thank you for letting us meet you.
Our thoughts are with his family and friends and wish them all strength during this difficult time. Rest in peace, Stefan! We will miss you!"Buckets Off"

It seems we live in interesting times. You may have noticed that the name of the detachment leader has changed a bit ahead of the normal cycle. A familiar face is coming back as the new XO @Sly11 and he will be showing me the ropes.
By now most of you should have been receiving your shield patches from the last term. The DMBO team did a great job on these, and I look forward to seeing them on jackets, hoodies & shirts soon. I am excited to show mine off but I am putting off sewing that big back patch!
Whilst there have been some changes over the last week, the team had already been hard at work for the new term. Now that legion teams are starting to be ratified we should soon see some movement and hopefully will have more to tell you next month.
I have a couple of pairs of large shoes to fill, but I am hoping to rise to the challenge.
Before I go I would also like to let you all know about the legion funding drive currently happening. For those of you who are not aware FISD is hosted along side the main legion forum. Whilst we have some of our own costs, the legion covers the majority of the cost of keeping our lights on. Greetings Fellow Troopers!
I hope all of you are well and are starting to get out and troop here in the new year. The weather in the Mid Atlantic portion of the US is starting to warm up and the days are getting longer so soon we'll be able to get outside and start some of our costume projects that require paint and sanding. On to the Business of Merch!
Old Business
The #SecretMerch Item is well on the way. The factory in China having been closed for the observation of Chinese New Year for most of February has finally sent us color proofs for approval. I got with the SpecOps MBO and we approved the colors and requested that Manufacturing begin. Pfab tells me that he expects that coins will start shipping late March/early April. I'll post any updates on the Sales Thread located here:
The Rocker run is closed. @MaskedVengeance has placed the order soon, so hopefully they will be in your hands in the next 6 - 8 weeks. I'm very jealous of those that can wear these. I'm working on building my new AM kit to EI standard so that I can help "Advance to 1500".
The Banner patch run is closed. The orders have been confirmed and we are now waiting for updates from the factory for color proofs. Once I have any more updates, I will post them in the sales thread, located here:

As many of you know we lost a pillar in the community a while ago. We are working to create a Memorial Patch for Terrell Reber of ATA. We have an interest thread running here for those that are interested. It will be closing soon, so please let us know if you would like to participate.
We are still working on this years plan for merch. Racing Shirts, Tee Shirts, Baseball Hats, "war" banners, coins, patches and a few other items are on this list of items we are discussing. Currently (as of 13th March 20224) there are 33,334 approved costumes in the legion, out of these under FISD there are 5160 which is 15.45 % of all approved 501st costumes. This percentage has been dropping for the last few years, the larger the legion costume totals grows the smaller amount of TK's there are.

LFL Retail Moratorium Lift
While there is currently a retail moratorium on character appearances in effect, it is being lifted May 3-5 at retailers selling Star Wars Related merchandise during the May the 4th fan holiday. We are also happy to allow appearances at theaters screening The Phantom Menace during this time.
All fans, costumed or otherwise, can participate with venues of their choice within this window with the restriction that costumed appearances must not be used in the advertising for the event. Although these appearances will be treated like an open invite, we’ll leave it to the fan groups to independently organize around these events as they see fit. LFL will not need to approve or coordinate these. Please note that retail locations should not include restaurants, bars, or venues with no apparent reason to feature Star Wars characters.
In the coming weeks, we may send out a list of ‘preferred’ retailers and theaters who would welcome fans to participate at their venues within these event windows, but you are all still welcome to make plans with appropriate retailers or venue hosts of your choice regardless of whether or not they appear on the list.
*REMEMBER* Always follow your garrison/squad/outpost guidelines when in comes to organizing Disney/LFL promotional troops, only command staff should deal directly with LFL.

Pre Approval Forum allows future Troopers the opportunity to submit photos of their completed build to be reviewed by the Staff, Imperial Attaches and others in preparation for forwarding it to their GML for approval. Any and all advice/suggestions given will be specific, constructive, helpful and respectful. Please note that this program will NOT take the place of your local GML, as Detachments are not chartered for costume approval and can not override a GMLs decision, but is instead a peer review program designed to help you look your best and offer guidance and positive feedback. The FISD Master Armorer program is an optional, detachment only incentive award to recognize individuals who have directly helped another 501st stormtrooper to achieve Expert Infantry status. Some people spend countless hours helping others, and want to reward their results as well as incentivizing new people to help as well.
To register a “win” in the program, the assistance must have provided hands-on help trimming, building, and/or fitting of said armor for the person who was awarded Expert Infantry status. More information can be found here
Want to setup a "Fire Team? the Fire Team program is completely optional, and is intended to help form a common identity and spirit of camaraderie among 501st Legion Stormtroopers in the same geographic area/garrison that troop together. Fire Teams are not officially recognized by the 501st Legion nor the FISD, although they will be able to access a Fire Team sub-forum on the detachment website. You can find more information here.

These programs were designed for those who choose to take their armor above and beyond the minimum requirements for basic 501st Legion approval. It gives you the chance to show a level of dedication and pride that takes your armor closer to being as "screen accurate" as possible, without as much extra work as you may realize! You can find more information on the programs here.
For those unaware it is possible to achieve extra awards at Expert Infantry for each additional version costume you have approved, additional awards are not issued with another Expert Infantry number (you are only issued 1 Expert Infantry number) but you will see a star above the award on your profile and the thread title will show [APPROVED] 2nd, [APPROVED] 3rd, [APPROVED] 4th and so on. NOTE If you are approved with a "2nd Version" of a particular costume that you are already approved with you do not receive an additional award, there is only 1 award issued for each costume version ie: only 1 x Hero, 1 x Stunt, 1 x HWT, 1 x ESB, 1 x TFA and so on. If you have a second/additional version costume approved you will see "2nd Version" and [APPROVED] added to the thread title, no additional profile stars (more info on profile awards here)
For those of you who have a particular issue (or issues) before or after submitting for Expert Infantry / Centurion level approval, in order to get you an answer faster you can now privately contact the entire Deployment Officer team at one time!
Questions about fitting, repairs, CRL standards/requirements or anything pertaining to reaching Levels 2 and 3 are not only welcomed, but encouraged. Keep in mind that no question is too small, and that your queries will only be seen by the D.O. Staff.

Depending on how the sniper plate fits (some may need twisting as they don't sit quite straight) you can add a notch in the lower section so the plate sits on the coverstrip more central.
It's all about tweaking, oh and using a lot of magnets, clamps, tape

You can also cheat, use a permanent marker, easier to control, you can also add masking tape which makes the lines extra crisp
