I was looking for a cases strong enough to resist in a airplane bulk, better with its own wheels.

 

I found these made in aluminium, but are quite expensive

[Armor Transportation and Storage]

This is an ancient thread with a dead link. Too bad, as the hockey bag idea is fantastic. I revive it because it still is a good idea. You take a huge hockey bag and build an inner frame from 1" PVC pipe for it. It takes eight 3-way elbow corners (for the corners, obviously), eight 4-way T connectors, and a bit of 1" diameter PVC pipe. The 4-way connectors allow you to put shelves in the frame (to create separate compartments within the bag.

IT WORKED!!! Casey replied to me after asking him to add a DLT-19 to my order.

You're about my height, but I got 15kg more than you.

I am using the foam, for example my calfs are not so big so I added few pieces here and there.

Don't put too much foam in your armour, I'll sweat more in those areas.

I saw people paint the line between the bumps and sometimes at different distance from ear to ear from the very end of the square, is it right?

I almost finished to restore my helmet, and I am painting the ears.

I filled the rounded square shape with the Humbrol Grey with the Black outline, but I am struggle to find references for the vertical line that should be linked to the rank.

Any suggestions?
