    Greetings Troopers, As most know, the 501st election cycle is almost here again. In order to vote in the 501st election, you must be a 501st member. If you wish to vote for the FISD Detachment Leader, you must have an approved FISD costume and have your status with the FISD approved. "How do I have FISD status approved?" you ask. Good question. You must, access your member page in the 501st forum Membership DB: http://new.501st.com/memberDB/ , go to the bottom of your profile page to the "Your Unit Affiliation" section, there you will see the detachments you are eligible to join. If aren't joined, simply click add and you will be pending until you are approved by the XO or DL, then you will see approved after FISD. It is important to remember that to remain an active member of any detachment, you must login in the forums at least once a year. We have recently adjusted the roster to reflect the active members. If you are reading this and used to be an approved member of the FISD, simply add yourself back to the FISD via the above procedure and we'll be more the glad to approve you once again.
