Just got in my armor from Paul, it all looks FANTASTIC! For those that have purchased, question on the thigh pieces. How do most people keep those up? It came with a snap mechanism near the top, but nothing to attach it too. Also, is the shin piece supposed to attach to the thigh piece, or does it just rest on the boot?
Shin doesn't attach.
Thigh, just get a big belt. I get webbed strapping — like a backpack — and then a big "backpack clip" from a hobby/fabric store. Loop 'em through, and snap! You're set.

I may have had some tears... but I had my bucket on when I saw it, so you can't prove a thing.
I'm just glad it looks like an actual Star Wars movie!

I can't wait to see pictures of this and find out his reaction!!!
I'm sad that I "had to" let my armor go... but man oh man... this story is classic!!! And yes, I have a feeling this is going to end well!

Did you get the message?
-
Alrighty, how do I go abouts buying it? haha
I'll message you...
-
bluey how long would it take to get here do you think?
If I shipped it this afternoon or tomorrow... it'd possibly be there by next Friday.
I shipped a pack yesterday and they estimated arrival by Wednesday.

to build your own blaster is generally in the $100-$150 range (upwards a long way if you use a real gun or scope)
Ingrid makes some good points here (but then she always does)
And a Hyperfirm usually goes for $250.

I was looking at Bluey's it's a bit expensive but I like the shooter with it,
I just didn't know how good his was.
This stuff is confusing xD ty so much for helping me btw !
My armor is about as good as it gets.
"Centurion" means that it went through the "elite" and into the "ultra-elite" as far as accuracy.
I'll let other people tell about it here...

You could buy mine... new gloves, paint the frown, and swap out the holster and you'd have an ANH — there may be more than that...
It would fit!
And it's already assembled!

Sweet.
I had a Spawn costume back in 1991...
-
Ah... I so wish I could do this!!!

Can you take a picture?
A photo is worth 837 words. (inflation you know)

A big thanks to Tony for selling these to me over other interested parties.
Very cool... and yes, big thanks to "T"! not only for this, but for just being a downright awesome dude!!

This almost makes me want a Clone... WOW! Great job!!!!

Man... these helmets are simply beautiful... and I don't like ROTJ. (yes, it's obligatory that I say that every time.)

Thanks for the heads up!

Congrats Boss! How about making a FISD trading card? That will be cool.
Thanks! And I will probably do that...

So awesome!!!!

More like this on the hand plates...
-
You'll be amazed at yourself... don't worry!
BUT... measure twice... cut once!
(I'm sure you know that by now.)

Notice (when you get to it) how many times they "flip" the film... so their holsters, sniper plates, etc., will magically switch sides.
Sizing question - Thighs / Forearms
in Hard Armor (General Discussion)
Posted
The right forearm is tighter than the left... but if you do it right you can still get it on. I have large forearms. Not "POPEYE" big, but big.
And the thighs are TOTALLY easy to step into!
I think you might just need practice putting stuff on in order.
