    In that case the two top of the line armours are TM and RS (CFO is ROTJ).

    Sounds like you should be looking at either CFO, TM or RS if you want the best (all suits your body size too). Conveniently they are all based in Britain too. Just be prepared to drop a big pile of cash for either of these, but they are well worth it. What movie version of the TK are you going for? It'll affect the choices of armour makers to choose from.

    A hyperfirm needs the D-ring, but that might be easier to get than a scope rail. On the other hand, if you're outside the US, a hyperfirm itself is very hard to get.

    He's a recaster so don't expect too much. Better off to save your pennies and get one from TK4702 instead. That way to can trust the quality before paying. He makes both kits and finished ones depending on your budget.

    Short answer: An insane amount of work. I think the only version it can pass off as is ROTS and you have to replace some 70% of the suit anyway just for that one.
